Overview

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and adhere to industry codes and standards. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and welding various metal components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

Operate MIG welding equipment to weld metal components according to specifications.

•

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.

•

Assemble parts and components using appropriate welding techniques.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all welding processes.

•

Proper use of hand powered tools

•

Utilize power tools and sheet metal fabrication techniques as needed.

•

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are in good working condition.

•

ability to read a tape measure arcuately.

Skills

•

Proficient in MIG welding techniques with a solid understanding of various welding codes and standards.

•

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

Strong basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

Familiarity with operating power tools safely and effectively.

Knowledge of sheet metal work is a plus.

•

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results.

Aluminum Mig welding is a plus.

•
