Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is now hiring Welders with structural welding experience.

Welders are a valued member of our Piling and Shoring Team. It’s a respected position and wears many different hats (Pile Driver, rigger, welder, heavy equipment operator, driller, laborer etc.).

This is 100% outside in the field NOT in a shop. You must be willing to travel.

Must be willing to travel

Essential Responsibilities and Abilities

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-6 years of outdoor, structural welding experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Have 3G and 4G Certifications or obtain shortly after being hired (Stick).

Must have experience with thick welds (5/8th)

Work as a welder majority of the time, but MUST be willing to do laborer work and other responsibilities when welding is not required (Operate heavy equipment, laborer work, carpentry work, finishing work, etc.).

Reading blueprints, designs and plans, preferred but not required.

Ability to perform welds and tasks on time with meeting standards of quality.
