Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and build something real? We’re looking for a Fabrication Technician I who’s eager to learn, loves working with their hands, and wants to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a key part of our production team, you’ll assist in fabricating high-quality architectural metal products—think canopies, trellises, and more! Whether you're fresh into the trades or looking to build on basic experience, this is a great opportunity to start a long-term career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•

Help experienced fabricators assemble metal structures from blueprints and drawings.

•

Measure and cut aluminum, steel, and plastic components using power tools like saws and grinders.

•

Operate drills, jig saws, and sanders to prepare materials for welding and assembly.

•

Support layout, fitting, and staging of parts before welding.

•

Ensure materials meet specs through basic inspections and quality checks.

•

Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized.

•

Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and help keep accidents at bay.

•

Pitch in wherever needed—we’re a team!

What We’re Looking For:

•

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

•

Able to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic math.

•

Comfortable using hand and power tools (we’ll train you on the rest!).

•

Able to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet in a hands-on environment.

•

Strong attention to detail and quality.

•

Willing to learn, take direction, and grow in the role.

•

Experience in metal work, manufacturing, or construction is a plus, not a must.

•

Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in blueprint reading or welding (MIG/TIG)!

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
