Description:
Seatrax, Inc. has a worldwide reputation for its innovative offshore solutions. The engineering team at Seatrax designs and supplies the offshore oil and gas and commercial industries with the most reliable, safe and easily maintained cranes.
We are located in Northwest Houston and are seeking a Fabrication Helper to join our team.
Responsibilities Include:
•
Assist fabricators in the production of crane products
•
Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
•
Operate machinery and tools under the guidance of skilled fabricators
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area
•
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
•
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
•
High school diploma or equivalent
•
Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment is preferred
•
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
•
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
•
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
•
Good communication and teamwork skills
•
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
