Wasatch Covers is a busy fabrication shop looking for someone who’s ready to work hard, learn real skills, and be part of a solid team. This is a hands-on role supporting our production crew with a variety of tasks.
You’ll follow the production process to help build custom metal and polycarbonate products — from grinding, cutting, sanding, and drilling to riveting and assembly. You’ll assist with CAD machines, powder coating prep, loading materials, shop cleanup, and whatever it takes to keep things moving. Every day’s a little different, and there’s always something to do.
If you're dependable, like working with your hands, and want to get into fabrication or the trades, this is a great place to start. We’re a small shop with no corporate fluff — just a crew that works hard and enjoys 3-day weekends.
- $15–$20/hr depending on experience
- 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs) — long weekends every week
- Full-time position with consistent hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, bend, kneel, push, pull, twist, and reach above the shoulders
- Reliable transportation is required
- Note: We’re a small company and do not offer benefits — if that’s a dealbreaker, we totally understand
This is a work hard, play hard environment. We take pride in what we build, expect everyone to pull their weight, and keep things moving. Music’s on, tools are running, and there’s always something to do. You’ll stay busy and head home tired in the best way.
