Role Overview:

The Fabrication Associate is responsible for creating finished products based on drawings and material cut lists provided by the Manufacturing Project Manager. This is a general labor position, not a welding position.

Responsibilities:

•

Able to read a tape measure, type of materials according to specifications.

•

General knowledge of air/hand tools.

•

Inspects parts for accuracy and produces quality products consistently.

•

Additional project as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

•

High school diploma or GED required.

•

A minimum of 1-year forklift experience required.

•

Basic knowledge in the area of machinery, tools, and fabrication.

•

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

•

Solid ability to solve problems.

•

Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

•

Proven experience with quality control analysis

•

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.

•

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

•

Strong communications skills (verbal and written) with ability to create strong relationships.

•

Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, twist, stand for long periods of time, climb, push, pull, carry, reach for items, and endure frequent exposure to outside weather conditions.

•

Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug test where required.
