To work together and feed heated billets into an extrusion press to transform them into strips.

Performs work of a recurring nature requiring mechanical aptitude; produce products according to verbal or written instructions; operation of hand tools and operation of equipment as necessary
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months manufacturing related experience; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is regularly required to stand, bend, sit or kneel. The Employee is continuously required to use hands and arms to reach, finger, handle, or feel objects and controls. The Employee is regularly required to walk, talk, and hear. The Employee must regularly lift 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment is of moderate temperature and moderate loud noise level; hearing protection is required. Gloves must be worn and changed frequently and continuously throughout the day. Work may be performed near moving mechanical parts dependent upon task.
