Position Overview:

We are seeking an Experienced Wallcovering Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for executing high-quality wallcovering installations while maintaining efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and be a team player with a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

•

Execute wallcovering installations efficiently and with a high standard of quality.

•

Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

•

Track and report hours worked in relation to project completion.

•

Provide estimates for remaining work hours and materials needed.

•

Attend pre-construction and job site meetings as necessary.

•

Document and report any job-related issues in a timely manner.

•

Participate in post-construction evaluations to assess cost performance.

•

Maintain a safe work environment and report any incidents or safety concerns.

•

Uphold company mission, vision, and core values through work ethic and professionalism.

Qualifications:

•

Proven experience in wallcovering installation and painting.

•

Ability to plan complex layouts

•

Familiarity with various adhesives and wallcovering types

•

Ability to handle delicate and unique custom materials

•

Experienced at wallcovering repairs and removal

•

Painting & drywall repair experience is preferred

•

Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.

•

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

•

Ability to respond to questions in a professional manner.

•

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.

•

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

•

Demonstrates reliability and dependability by showing up on time, meeting expectations, and maintaining consistent performance.

•

Prior painting experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.22 - $45.47 per hour
