Bad Boyz Oilfield Services Inc. is currently looking to fill positions for experienced operators. These positions will be required to operate Straight and Combo Vac trucks, Water trucks, Steamers, Tank trucks and Semi vacs. Operators are responsible for conducting daily pre-trips and assessments before initiating any task. They must strictly adhere to all of Bad Boyz Oilfield Service's Procedures and communicate with their supervisor if unable to do so.
Our Operators oversee a spectrum of service operations from various clients. The operations include spill clean-up, vessel cleaning, industrial cleaning, day lighting, water hauling and transportation of bulk fluid loads mixed with solids. Our operators handle the loading and unloading of fluids at disposal sites, coordinating transportation while complying with all TDG regulations. Additionally, Operators provide guidance to Swampers when required, ensuring project tasks are efficiently executed through leadership and mentorship. We have a solid reputation in our area and strive to live up to that daily, right from first call to completion of the invoicing.
We would prefer 2+ years of driving experience. Pay is competitive based of skill level and attitude, direct deposited twice monthly. full benefits after three months.
- Participate in pre-job hazard assessments and inspections before commencing any task.
- Adhere to Bad Boyz Oilfield Service’s Health and Safety Manual.
- Immediately report all incidents, accidents, near misses, or equipment damage.
- Ensure compliance with federal hours of service and maintain complete logbooks when applicable for auditing purposes.
- Operate vacuum and tank truck units and associated equipment safely and professionally.
-Must be able to clean tanks and be willing to work in confined spaces
- Securely load hoses, chemical pails, or other equipment.
- Fulfill other duties as required, understanding responsibilities may evolve with or without notice.
- Valid safety certifications including Standard First Aid, CSO,H2S, Ground Disturbance, and Confined Space/Entry Monitor. .
- Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously.
-Regularly inspecting trucks and equipment for maintenance issues
-Performing minor maintenance including greasing and oil changes
-Preference will be given to those who have vac truck and or tank cleaning experience
-Must have Valid safety certifications including Standard First Aid,H2S, Ground Disturbance, and Confined Space/Entry Monitor.
-Knowledge of drivers hours of service requirements and logbook
-Must be willing to enter confined spaces and clean vessels.
This is a full-time hourly position with varying standard hours. We are a 24hr operation and On-call duties are necessary on a 24-hour basis, except for approved time off requested from a direct supervisor. Overtime is paid over 10 hours per day and 50 hours per week.
