Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including both low and high voltage applications. This role requires proficiency in reading schematics, using hand and power tools, and performing installations and repairs in various settings. The Electrician will play a crucial role in ensuring that electrical systems are safe, efficient, and compliant with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Duties

•

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

•

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.

•

Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations and repairs effectively.

•

Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter to ensure proper functionality.

•

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing electrical work.

•

Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters to integrate electrical systems into building structures.

•

Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably with a focus on residential and commerical work

•

Minimum of Apprentice license.

•

Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems.

•

Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.

•

Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools related to electrical work.

•

Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings.

•

Experience with frame carpentry is a plus.

•

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
