About the Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing Executive Sales Professional to connect with large scale clients for the purpose of closing community grid solar projects. This is aa fast-paced, 5-month campaign to secure $200M+ in community microgrid projects across Oahu before the federal solar tax credits projected to expire in the fall of 2025. Projects range in size from $5m to $25m. Sales commissions are huge ranging from 1% (to connect us) to 2% (to close it) of total project cost. Deals take 2 months to close typically.

Our clients are condo boards and resort management. We supply the capital so there is no cost to our clients for elevating away from expensive HECO grid power into green energy in the form of renewable solar with battery storage microgrid power system which supplies all of a community's energy nonstop 24/7/365 for 20 years straight. The client enjoys a discounted energy rate that is fixed for 20 years enabling the community to save millions over the term. With our projects we install EV charging and replace the roofs as part of the deal at no cost to our clients who win all the way around.

The Job is to begin connecting with the largest potential clients that we have identified representing $500m in sales. Executive client communication with professional presentation is necessary at all times for the level of clients that we work with. We're connected with executive management companies who are helpful with introducing our team to the clients we want to meet.

This is a commission-only position for a sales professional who can execute a high-level outreach and sales strategy across identified properties. We’re looking for someone ideally with condo community and resort industry connections, on Hawaii, and the ability to mobilize quickly to close large-scale renewable energy projects. This position can not be counted on to pay monthly bills. It can be counted on for receiving huge commissions when deals are signed. It is required that we remain laser focused working the plan to close as much business as possible for the next 5 months and willing to do what it takes to meet the objective. In 5 months it is over and no more projects will be sold without the tax incentives that are going away so this is the final opportunity to go green for our clients.

This is a rare, high-urgency opportunity. The clock is ticking. Current legislation states that 60 days after the final bill is signed that the tax incentives are over, resulting in game over for the renewable energy industry. What You’ll Do

Follow tactical sales strategy to engage HOA boards, resort owners, and commercial property stakeholders.
Use resources like internal company partners, strategic partners, contact databases, and strategic resources to drive execution.
Conduct cold outreach, onsite meetings, and board presentations to educate clients to close deals.
Serve as a key liaison between clients and executive leadership to ensure smooth project transitions.
Track and report all activity in our CRM system and maintain a structured sales pipeline.

What You Bring

Proven track record in high-stakes business to business sales, especially in energy, real estate, or infrastructure projects.
Connections to condo complexes and resort management.
Exceptional skills in cold calling, closing, and business development.
Experience engaging with homeowners associations, resort management, or commercial property decision-makers.
Ability to work autonomously and own the entire sales cycle, from strategy to close.
Existing relationships in the Maui real estate, construction, or property management sectors is a huge plus.
No learning curve—we need someone who is ready to hit the ground running with an understanding of what needs to be accomplished and how to best succeed.


Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time (Contract through 10/31/2025)
Compensation: 100% Commission – Potential up to $1,000,000+
Schedule: Flexible; must be committed to executing aggressively over the next 5 months
Location: Identified large scale clients on Oahu. Work out of your home office and communicate with the team on Zoom meetings throughout the week.
