What You’ll Be Doing
Executive Support
•Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and keep things running smoothly
•Coordinate travel and prep materials for meetings or presentations
•Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team
•Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion
Office Management
•Keep the office running like a well-oiled machine — supplies, vendors, day-to-day flow
•Organize files (digital and paper), documents, and internal systems
•Be the go-to person for office logistics, communication, and support
Project Help
•Support cross-functional projects — anything from ordering swag to operations upgrades
•Track deadlines, help push things forward, and communicate updates clearly
•Assist the team with admin and coordination tasks

Qualifications
•0–3 years of experience in an administrative, office management, or support role
•Bonus if you’ve worked in manufacturing, sales, or logistics
•Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
•Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
