About This Job

We are looking for Custodians for Port Norris, NJ area .

Must be reliable. Monday through Friday. Mornings 7-3:30 pm & Evenings 4-10pm. Looking for a night time supervisor.

Below are our qualifying janitorial requirements:

•

Daytime and evening availability based on the client's requirements (will depend on each account).

•

Duties:- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors- Dust and wipe down surfaces- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners- Clean and sanitize restrooms- Refill soap dispensers and paper products as needed- Clean windows and glass surfaces- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishingExperience:

•

- Previous experience in porter or custodial work preferred

•

- Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning techniques and equipment

•

- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasksSkills:

•

- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail

•

- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

•

- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties for extended periods of time

•

- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and supervisorsPlease note that this is a general description of duties and responsibilities required for the position of Cleaner. Duties may vary depending on the specific needs of the facility.
