MN8 Energy is entering the EV space aiming to deliver the new electric mobility future through innovative software, infrastructure, and professional services that empower utilities, cities, fleets, transit agencies, and automakers to deploy EV charging infrastructure at scale.

As the EV Senior Project Manager, you will:
•Collaborate with Sales (Lead), Engineering, Development, construction and Portfolio Management in the successful development and implementation of EV projects.
•Manage the process for delivery of projects and programs for various clients across the USA involving a variety of scopes: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning support, and software deployment coordination.
•Be responsible for proper team engagement at the project level including Commercial contract understanding and translating to deliverables across the organization, Site Development, Procurement, Project Coordination, Finance, Legal, Software Delivery, Portfolio Management.
•Be responsible for implementing project management best practices and control systems at the project level including project process control, Management of Change, Contract Management (not just construction), Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Cost & Schedule Management, Quality Management, Document Management, Project Reporting and Progress Management.
•Be accountable for process gap remediation, schedule and quality performance on projects and programs during delivery.
•Track and report project milestones and deliverables
•Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
•Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project/process
•Identify project schedule changes and assess effect to program and escalations
•Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
•Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
•Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
•Define project scope, goals and deliverables to meet the business goals
•Administrate the different contracts. Fulfill the contract provisions
•Track and report project milestones and deliverables
•Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
•Effectively communicate project expectations to contractors in a timely and clear fashion
•Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
•Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project
•Recommend subsequent budget and schedule changes where necessary
•Requesting and reviewing contractor’s progress reports, testing and witness records
•Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
•Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
•Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
•Write procedures and monitor compliance with them.
What will our ideal candidate bring to MN8 Energy?
•10+ years experience of Project Management responsibilities with multi-disciplinary multi-site scopes and scale variability (especially comfortable with complexity of many-small projects).
•2+ In field construction management experience a plus
•10+ years proven experience running multiple projects concurrently and successfully.
•US citizen or Permanent Resident Card.
•Able to physically work out of our Boca Raton, FL office.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical or power electronics specialization.
