Produces estimates within all disciplines of MOC, DOE , and Architect/Engineer (A/E) contracts for programs to include Major Maintenance, Operations and Maintenance and special projects. Develops and implements construction estimating, Life Cycle Cost (LCC). Supports the Major Maintenance (MM) Program Planning and helps produce the annual Major Maintenance Budget Submission. Administrate and responsible for data input of new projects, updating estimates, and overview of the projects in the CCTA system. Participates in the technical / construction design review evaluation process to effectively project planning, review of field installation time, and to minimize resources, cost and to ensure best practices are identified.
QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in a Technical Discipline with three (3) years experience OR HS Diploma and 6 years of experience in construction, estimating, cost and schedule control. Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communications required for delivery of estimates and presentations. Required computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint. DESIRED: Oil and gas experience, commercial or industrial estimating.
