Equipment Operator

Equipment Operator Location: Project Sites – Texas Company: Virtus Renewables

Purpose

Virtus Renewables is seeking experienced and safety-minded Equipment Operators to support large-scale solar activities across active job sites. This role is critical to the successful preparation and execution of solar infrastructure projects by operating and maintaining equipment such as skid steers, forklifts, and reach lifts, and other related machinery.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction equipment operation, understands field safety protocols, and is capable of performing physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions. This is a hands-on position suited for dependable individuals who thrive in fast-paced and collaborative job-site environments.

Required Skills and Expertise

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience operating construction equipment preferred. Familiarity with utility-scale construction environments is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Completion of a vocational or technical program in equipment operation is preferred.
