Equipment Operator

Northwest Cable Construction is looking for Equipment Operator candidates that possess knowledge of Underground Utility Construction and are able to operate different construction equipment and tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment

· Grease, oil and do daily maintenance of equipment

· Trained to operate jackhammers, drills, tampers, and saws

· Hand dig around existing utilities when necessary

· Carry and load materials to be used on the job

· Assist in hauling equipment to and from job sites

· Clean up and restore work area

· Report any equipment repairs needed

· Light repair and maintenance of tools and equipment

· Other duties as assigned

· Follow all company safety policies and practices

Qualifications

· Experience in the utility construction industry

· Valid CDL or willingness of obtaining one

· Valid DOT Medical Examiners Certificate or willingness of obtaining one

· Must have good driving record

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
