About This Job

Key Responsibilities:

•

Maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul plant machinery and process equipment, including:

- PLC and PanelView troubleshooting and repair

- Variable-Frequency Drive (VFD) systems

- Electrical systems and motor controls

•

Install machinery, process equipment, and associated utilities; calibrate and adjust systems for proper function.

•

Perform both routine and non-scheduled electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repairs across the facility.

•

Supervise maintenance team members, assigning tasks and ensuring timely, safe, and quality work completion.

•

Complete maintenance documentation, including time tracking, job plans, and parts usage.

•

Lead or participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and process issues.

•

Promote and maintain a clean, safe working environment across all maintenance areas.

•

Collaborate with other departments to schedule equipment work around production needs.

•

Attend required plant training, programs, and safety committee meetings.

Qualifications:

•

High school diploma or GED required; technical school or associate degree preferred.

•

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial equipment or maintenance management.

•

Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

•

Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

•

Comfortable using CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.

•

Proven team leadership and hands-on troubleshooting ability.

•

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

•

Experience in pipe coating, heavy industrial, or manufacturing environments.

•

Familiarity with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards.

•

Certifications in forklift/crane operation or industrial maintenance a plus.
