The Environmental Compliance Technician is responsible for ground and surface water sampling, air quality monitoring, solid and hazardous waste and environmental compliance.
- Able to meet physical demands according to Physical Demands Analysis.
- Collection and reporting of Ground and Surface water samples and reporting.
- Completion of environmental audits and correction of deficiencies identified.
- Inspection of universal and hazardous waste storage and coordination of shipments.
- Assist in coordination and implementation of various regulatory programs including permitting, reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance as assigned.
- Assist in permit administration, permitting/reporting and compliance activities.
- Assist with coordination of reporting/recordkeeping functions:
- Annual Reports – LQD, AQD, SARA Title III, SEO, TRI Inventory, Blasting notices
- Quarterly Reports, NPDES, Air, Drinking Water
- Manifests, analytical records
- Assist with reclamation projects.
- Work safely and promote environmental awareness.
- Comply with Company drug and alcohol program.
