Job Description The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Operations Environment Lead, you will be a key player in an exciting, dynamic team of professionals, managing waste disposal, water tracking, spill clean-up and landfill tracking & invoicing. - Job location: Calgary, Alberta
- Shift schedule: 5 x 2, 8-hour shift
- Safety sensitive position: No

- Work with existing tracking sheets and review environmental reports
- Regulatory submission of drilling waste and completion water reports
- Cost tracking (input cost into Wellview, Siteview and PACE)
- Maintain safety ticket tracking for the team
- Communicate daily with field-based landfill administrators and landfill customers, and issue and manage landfill waste approvals, load summaries and compile invoices
- Submission of invoices to customers through various AP applications and filing electronic and physical documents
- Diploma or degree in Environmental Science, Accounting, Finance or Economics is considered and asset
- Previous work in the oil and gas industry, particularly environmental and/or field operations experience is an asset
- Strong analytical skills are required, as is maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-starters with a strong work ethic demonstrating excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal and communication skills
