to join our Harrisburg team and support our expanding client base.

Position Summary

As a Sales Assistant, you'll provide vital support to our sales and marketing teams by helping generate new leads, build customer relationships, and execute client campaigns. This position is ideal for someone eager to launch a career in marketing and ready to grow within a fast-paced, team oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support marketing initiatives by promoting client products and services

- Assist in coordinating in-store promotions and retail marketing events

- Monitor and report on campaign and sales performance metrics

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding service

- Contribute to daily sales processes and engagement efforts

Preferred Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field (or equivalent experience) is a plus

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
