Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
Salary Range: $114,000 to $143,000
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure Maximo applications to meet business and operational requirements. * - Develop and maintain Oracle database objects (e.g., packages, procedures, triggers). * - Create and manage integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework. * - Configure and maintain Maximo workflows, automation scripts, and BIRT reports. * - Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. * - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system improvements and integration needs. * - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and support procedures. * - Apply project management fundamentals to track progress and communicate updates. * - Monitor post-implementation performance and ensure system reliability. * - Lead and participate in the development and review of technical project plans. * - Stay current with Maximo versions (v7.6 and v9 preferred) and related add-ons (e.g., HSE, Scheduler, Spatial, Maximo Mobile). * - Utilize version control tools (e.g., GitHub, TFS, SVN) to manage source code. *

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in IBM Maximo application development and enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Maximo modules: Asset Management, Inventory, Procurement, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Service Requests, and Job Plans.
- Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, TOAD, and BIRT reporting.
- Familiarity with Maximo add-ons and mobile solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Presentation skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Conditions of Employment
