E&C Engineer

We are seeking a plant-based engineering professional to support Client’s Energy Supply Base Capital Projects group. This role will be based at the Pawnee Generating Facility in Brush, CO, and will focus on managing capital projects specific to Pawnee and Manchief facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all emergent capital projects at the Pawnee/Manchief plant from initiation through completion.

- Provide project management support for larger base capital projects at the Pawnee and Manchief facilities.

- Collaborate with the reliability engineering team to develop project scopes and justifications.

- Navigate and manage projects through the emergent capital request system and processes.

- Oversee multiple concurrent small-scale projects (up to 20 at a time), while also contributing to larger capital initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

- Experience in utility or industrial plant environments is preferred.

- While the formal title is “E&C Engineer,” the role is primarily focused on project management responsibilities.
