The Washington Aqueduct is seeking an Engineering Equipment Operator in providing maintenance support for our water treatment plants and facilities. This position is responsible for providing support to maintain and keep our Plant operating at maximum capacity and without interruption.
Located in Washington, D.C., the Washington Aqueduct serves the seat of Government and the Nation’s Capital. The Aqueduct, built and superintended by the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, has been providing water to the District of Columbia since 1863 and currently wholesales water to three customers: District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority, Fairfax County Water Authority and Arlington County.
