Position Specific Description

As a Engineer - I on the Distribution Operations team at Florida Power & Light, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our power distribution systems. Your expertise will be critical in driving innovation, improving system performance, and enhancing the overall reliability of our distribution network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize distribution infrastructure, while also mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the strategic direction of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of electric distribution systems to enhance reliability and performance. • Work on all aspects of engineering design and permitting.
