Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety standards and quality control.

· Work closely with architects and other engineers to develop detailed project plans and specifications.

· Prepare cost estimates and budgets, track expenses, and manage project financials.

· Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, including design discrepancies and resource allocation.

· Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to provide project updates and address concerns.

· Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

· 5 years of experience in construction engineering or project management.

· Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

· MUST have a valid AK Driver's License.

· Proficient in project management software and design software.

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type:

· Full-time

Schedule:

· Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

· During Summer Season, Fridays will be REQUIRED on some projects
