The essential responsibilities of the Power and Structures Engineer III will be applying engineering principles to power and substation structural design and perform other related engineering functions.
Qualification Requirements:
To perform the Power and Structures Engineer III role, you must:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience will vary according to departmental needs.
- Have an occupationally significant combination of job knowledge; organizational ability; ability to apply engineering principles/methods to power and substation structural design/construction; ability to formulate and implement programs and policies; and oral/written communication skills.
- Have a valid driver's license from state of residence.
Physical Working Conditions:
Works in office majority of time; subject to construction hazards while making field inspections.
