The Project Engineer III will lead complex, cross-functional projects that focus on providing insights and solutions that optimize enterprise performance. Lead and execute functions related to planning, conducting, monitoring, and reporting projects including but not limited to workload analyses, time studies, data analytics, and documentation while guiding others and applying a wide range of Industrial Engineering techniques to evaluate systems and processes in a variety of operational and support areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Lead enterprise-level workload and staffing studies. Manage cross-functional teams on large-scale projects with limited oversight. Drive process documentation, flowcharting, and system redesign efforts. Design and validate work standards, accountability programs, and performance dashboards. Conduct in-depth data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling. Lead efforts to benchmark both internal and external utility industry practices. Develop and manage key operational KPIs aligned with company objectives. Perform detailed economic analyses to support capital and operational decisions. Perform other duties as assigned.
