We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while promoting our products and services. Pay is Salary plus commission.
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
•Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
•Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present products and services.
•Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client feedback.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
•Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
•Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
•Ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
•Proficient IN Microsoft software.
•A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to client locations.
