Energy Enrollment Representative

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Energy Enrollment Team. This is a door-to-door outreach position where you’ll visit local neighborhoods, speak with residents, and help them enroll with our programs.

The job is straightforward: Have conversations, explain the program, and complete quick enrollments.

We provide full training, daily support, and everything you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

- Go door to door in assigned neighborhoods

- Talk with residents and explain the programs we work with

- Help them complete a short enrollment form

- Work with your team lead for coaching and support

- Meet weekly enrollment goals

Compensation

- $500 weekly base pay

- Commission on every enrollment you produce

- Average weekly earnings: $900–$1,400+ - Top performers: $1,800–$2,500+

- Unlimited earning potential
