Energy Engineer

We are seeking an  Energy Engineer/Energy Manager

 to lead energy management projects for commercial and multifamily residential buildings in NYC. The role covers the full project lifecycle—from building assessments to project development and construction support.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience conducting building surveys of 

, 

, and 

 systems. Experience with 

 or retro-commissioning is a plus.

The candidate should also have experience developing 

 based on existing equipment configurations and conditions. They will work with manufacturers and vendors to implement

, and 

 to help buildings meet 

 requirements. The candidate will also manage project documentation and support the development of technical solutions.

Strong communication skills are essential
