To join our team! CLEAResult’s Strategic Energy Management (SEM) team is expanding, and has a new opportunity for the position of Energy Efficiency Consultant. As a Consultant, you will guide energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. You may work with one or multiple clients. The primary objective of this position is to help program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching. SEM programs run on 12-month cycles and are typically multi-year. As a consultant you may work with up to 15 participants for several years, therefore the ability to build strong relationships is essential to ensure long-term engagement and success. The SEM team has dedicated data and statistical analysts to develop energy models; however, the consultant must understand and be able to explain the models to program participants. Successful candidates have familiarity with commercial and industrial equipment, systems, and processes. Experience with operational, maintenance, process and behavioral energy efficiency projects at a technical level is preferred. Travel to lead workshops and visit individual sites to conduct energy scans is required.

Target Compensation

$75,000-$85,000

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test andmaintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
