Our client is seeking a skilled Endur Product Support Analyst to provide essential support for their Endur trading and risk management platform. The role will focus on managing and troubleshooting system-related issues, assisting with system enhancements, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Endur’s front, middle, and back-office processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Endur and a deep understanding of its integration with trading workflows.
Key Responsibilities
•Provide day-to-day support for Endur users across trading, risk, and operations teams.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
•Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
•Manage system performance and data integrity, ensuring that Endur’s functionality meets business requirements.
•Assist in the configuration of Endur modules, supporting the optimization of system processes.
•Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
•Provide training and documentation to users to enhance their understanding of Endur features and capabilities.
•Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business and risk management activities.
Qualifications & Skills
•3-5 years of experience in Endur product support or related roles within commodity trading and risk management.
•Strong understanding of Endur functionality, configuration, and integration with other systems.
•Technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting system issues within a trading environment.
•Experience with scripting, database management, and system administration.
•Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver efficient solutions.
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support users effectively.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
