About the Role

Maverick Power is seeking a hands-on, reliable, and experienced Industrial Facilities Electrician & Maintenance Technician to support all operational sites, across multiple states. This full-time role is responsible for electrical work, equipment installs, outlet and network drops, and general facilities maintenance to ensure safety, uptime, and efficiency across our production and office environments.

You’ll play a critical role in connecting production equipment, supporting production layouts, and responding to evolving electrical needs during growth and buildouts. This role offers stability, visibility, and the chance to shape the foundation of our facility operations.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

What You Bring

Experience: 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience

Certifications / Education: Journeyman Electrician License (Texas) or equivalent field experience

o Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, or aerial work platforms (certification a plus)

o Basic knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, and general building systems

o Computer literacy: ability to use email, log work orders, reference PDFs/specs

o Experience in light industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environments

Skills: Solid understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety requirements

o Familiarity with machine wiring, equipment hookups, and power tools

o Able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics

o Strong troubleshooting and self-management skills

o Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (DFW) and occasionally to Phoenix

Work Environment

May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
