Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The Electrician will ensure that all work is performed in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and adhere to safety standards. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Customer service skills are required for this position.

Duties

•

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

•

Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.

•

Ensure all installations comply with NEC regulations and local codes.

•

Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and handymen, on renovation projects.

•

Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks.

•

Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or issues.

•

Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.

Skills

•

Proficiency in low voltage systems installation and maintenance.

•

Experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician is preferred.

•

Strong knowledge of frame carpentry techniques related to electrical installations.

•

Familiarity with NEC standards and regulations.

•

Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

•

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
