Job Summary
We are seeking a Residential Electrical Service Technician/ Manager that will manage their schedule and visit service calls to give estimates, troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems on the structural wiring of single-family homes and multi-family properties accurately and efficiently while adhering to the National Electrical Code, State and Local building Code standards. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
•Sets and Tracks all service call appointments
•Manages incoming calls for appointments
•Determines the work schedule and appointments.
•Inspect, identify hazards or defects, troubleshoot, and diagnose electrical problems on structural wiring, service equipment, receptacles, switches, and light fixtures.
•Perform repairs or replace per manufacture recommendations while adhering to the National Electrical Code standards, recommended practices, and guides.
•Work from ladders, scaffolds, and scissor lifts to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
•Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.
•Engage with homeowners to inform them of issues and needed repairs, replacement, or appropriate upgrades to be completed at that time or at a schedule time.
•Lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
•Effectively communicate with all customers, building officials and internal office support staff.
•Receive payment for each service call per company policies and procedures.
•Reviews and files all project documentation per company policies and procedures.
•Be professional and promptly respond to all clients and office personnel.
•Sales calls as needed to meet new clientele.
•Coordinate with Owner/Office with Daily Reports

Education / Experience:
•3+ years of residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System preferred.
•FEAT or other Electrical Apprenticeship Training preferred.
•Journeyman's certification preferred.
•Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Office
Physical Requirements:
•Prolonged periods standing, crawling, and climbing ladders up to 24’
•Ability to lift to fifty pounds without additional man-power or mechanical device.
•Ability to work in outside environments of heat & cold safely, including attics and crawl spaces.
•Report to work well- groomed in appearance and maintain clean uniform.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
