This program offers accelerated professional growth through 18 months of technical training and an optional 6-month rotation in various business functions like Marketing, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Operations. Your Background

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with two years of work experience (Intern and Co-op experience considered).

- Work authorization permitting employment with Hitachi Energy in the United States.

- Interest in the energy industry and manufacturing sectors.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Strong organization and work/project planning skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated and effective collaborator.

- Willingness to relocate for a few months to a factory environment
