Electrical Engineer III

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical engineering, system design, and a strong background in both mechanical and electrical disciplines. This role involves designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet industry standards and client specifications.

Duties

- Design and develop complex electrical systems and components using AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical knowledge into electrical designs.

- Utilize FPGA, ARM, and programmable logic controllers for advanced system design.

- Conduct signal processing analysis and debugging of electrical systems.

- Develop firmware solutions for embedded systems using C++, Python, and Perl scripting.

- Create detailed schematics and documentation for manufacturing processes.

- Perform simulations using ANSYS and MATLAB to validate designs.

- Lead projects from conception through production, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support manufacturing teams during production.

Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience in electrical engineering roles with a strong focus on system design.

- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, and MicroStation.

- Familiarity with firmware development and programming languages such as C++, Python, and Perl.

- Strong understanding of signal processing techniques and debugging methodologies.

- Experience with FPGA design tools is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles is a plus.
