2nd to 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice – Gillette, WY

Compensation: $22-$28 an hr, DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40+ hrs/week, occasional OT)

About the Role

As a 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice at Wescom, you’ll support experienced Journeymen and Foremen in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems. You’ll get hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and electrical codes — all while working in a safety-first, team-focused environment. This is more than a job — it’s a career launchpad.

Key Responsibilities

· Safely measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and wiring systems

· Operate hand tools, power tools, and lift equipment

· Assist with cable tray work, motor wiring, panel installations, and minor repairs

· Load, transport, and organize tools and materials

· Follow all OSHA and Wescom safety standards and procedures

· Stay enrolled in your apprenticeship program and attend required classes

Qualifications

· Valid 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice card (Wyoming)

· High school diploma or GED

· Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and in various weather conditions

· Strong work ethic, safety mindset, and eagerness to learn

· Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
