Electrical Analysis Engineer- Early Career

Overview What responsibilities will I have in this role? (including but are not limited to):

As an Electrical Analysis Engineer at ENERCON, you’ll join a world-class team dedicated to solving the complex challenges of modern power systems. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (1–3 years of experience) with a degree in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering focused on analysis.

You’ll support advanced projects involving real-time power system studies, smart grid simulations, distributed energy modeling, and system automation. Your work will help ensure the resilience and reliability of electrical infrastructure, often incorporating innovative technologies.

As part of your development, you’ll be expected to actively engage in learning and applying industry codes and standards, adapting to new software tools, and collaborating with senior engineers on field data collection. You’ll connect classroom knowledge with real-world applications, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and contribute to high-quality technical design deliverables.
