POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diversified is currently hiring a EH&S Specialist for Air. This position is in any of our PA offices and is responsible for providing Air emissions support to various assigned assets, corporate programs and projects.
Special focus to be placed on:
- Assist in development and implementation of EH&S programs, with emphasis on overall air emissions management, air permitting, greenhouse gas, and associated regulations.
- Assist in company compliance with GHG, NSPS, NESHAPS, RICE MACT, and other regulatory regimes.
- Updating rolling emissions spreadsheets for PA facilities.
- Logging and tracking LDAR activities
- Schedule, log, and track periodic monitoring/stack testing for PA permitted facilities as well as various other facilities in Ohio and WV.
- Maintain files for the PA facilities in Sharepoint to include compressor maintenance reports, monthly AVO sheets, and other documents as necessary.
- Coordinate DEP full compliance evaluation inspections for PA permitted facilities. This includes scheduling with foremen and gathering all data records as requested.
- Assisting in gathering data for GHG reporting as needed.
- Create and submit OOOOa annual report.
- Complete annual compliance certifications for PA facilities.
- Perform AES/OGRE reporting for PA facilities.
- Upload all AES reports after review in Greenport.
- Initiate payment for annual administrative fees for PA permitted facilities.
- Perform PA permit renewals and RFDs. Review and approve invoices for various charges related to air quality testing and permitting.
- Serve as liaison with Operations for instituting engine swaps and equipment additions/changes to facilities.
- Provide guidance to field operations and operations leaders.
- Perform field visits to verify data, works with operations to attain compliance, provide training, and project management.
- Solves problems with creative win-win solutions to produce significant results.

- Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or a closely related field. A combination of experience and/or education will be considered in lieu of a degree
- At least three years of experience which demonstrates a thorough understanding of environmental regulations and issues pertaining to oil and gas operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of the construction side of the oil and gas business
- Must have a history of successfully working on environmental compliance issues
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills to include knowledge of Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to prepare reports, exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information, and the ability to keep records, analyze and summarize raw data, to fill out and submit summary and regulatory reports
- Ability to work well and communicate with all levels of the team
