- Coordinates data retrieval, assimilation, manipulation, and management while working with groups in other teams and departments as required.
- Finalizes reports and documents for presentations, evaluates data, and summarizes and documents results.
- Engages in continuous improvement, recommends modifications, and effectively evaluates and recommends solutions to moderately complex business and technical issues, demonstrating awareness and mentorship.
- Conducts technical analysis and data interpretation to optimize drilling performance, minimize costs, and mitigate operational risks.
- Plans work strategically to support business objectives, identifies risks across disciplines, and shares knowledge as an informal mentor, showcasing acumen and a sound understanding of business principles.
- Researches well files, maintains various databases and spreadsheets, solves moderately complex problems independently using skill and judgment, and performs other duties, such as invoice coding and routing, as required.
- Works under general supervision providing technical support and expertise in drilling and completions operations.
- Prioritizes, organizes, and completes multiple concurrent projects with ease, following established project management standards, and demonstrating proficiency in handling changing priorities and organizing work consistently.
- Applies skill at using the Wellview Drilling Report System and sets up customized forms and reports.
- Utilizes drilling and completions software tools and databases to compile, analyze, and report drilling data, performance metrics, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.- Bachelor's Degree and/or commensurate work experience is required.
