Driller's Assistant

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Driller's Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in conducting water well drilling operations, groundwater exploration, and associated tasks. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects and the delivery of reliable water sources to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with installing and servicing well water supply and treatment equipment.

- Assisting with well construction and well testing.

- Performing general plumbing.

- Performing drilling operations for water wells, environmental monitoring wells, and geotechnical applications.

- Collaborate with project managers and geologists to enact drilling projects and ensure adherence to specifications.

- Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment.

- Comply with regulatory standards and environmental guidelines during drilling operations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or Equivalent.

- Experience preferred but not required.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

- Exceptional attention to safety protocols and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions.

- Personable and works well with others.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

- Lift and transport heavy items, weighing over 75 pounds, safely and efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
