We are looking for individuals to fill our Driller position in the Rocky Mountain States. Jobs move from Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, North Dakota, Iowa, New Mexico and Kansas, ability to travel is required.
Responsible for coordinating and managing drilling operations at the site. They will be responsible for running an Atlas Copco or Schramm running hands and equipment. Monitor drilling activities and providing updates to management. Ensure that all operations are conducted in an economic and safe manner and completed in a timely manner. Must have a minimum of 2 years of oil rig experience - Schramm experience is a big plus. Salary is based on experience. Must have reliable transportation as travel is required.
Class A CDL - Unrestricted is preferred. All applicants are required to provide a current copy of their MVR (Motor Vehicle Record/Driving Record that can be obtained by contacting the DMV from which your driver’s license was issued)
Shifts are 20 days on 10 days off, day and night (rotates every shift), 12.5 hours averaging 88 hours per week. WMO does not pay for your travel to the job site but does pay $70/day per diem and provides a hotel room - shared with one other person, that is on the opposite shift, so both of you would rarely if ever be there together.

Along with Insurance and 401K we also have an Employee Incentive Bonus effective upon first day of work where you will receive:
- $500.00 after your first continuous 60 days of employment
- $1000.00 after your first continuous 6 months of employment
- $1500.00 after your first continuous year (12 months) of employment
Applicants will be required to be part of the WMO Drug and Alcohol Testing Program, which will include passing a pre-employment drug test.
