Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Driller located in Glenpool, OK. The Driller will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment, drilling rigs, and directional drilling tools. They will perform inspections, follow safety protocols, and work closely with team members to ensure efficient and safe drilling operations. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and operating drilling equipment, monitoring drilling progress, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Qualifications

- Experience with Heavy Equipment and Drilling operations

- Knowledge and skills in Directional Drilling

- Ability to conduct thorough Inspections

- Understanding of the Oil & Gas industry

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in drilling or equipment operation are a plus

- Prior experience in a similar role within the oil & gas industry is preferred
