Duties And Responsibilities
The Dresser Field Service Commercial & Operations Leader will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the strategic development and execution of the Dresser field service program, aligning with overall corporate goals to drive growth and innovation in Cooper’s field services for legacy Clark, Worthington and Ingersoll-Rand slow speed integral engines
- Overseeing the financial performance of the program’s cost centers, ensuring cost-efficiency targets are met and resources are optimized
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. Focus on personnel development through talent assessment, targeted training programs, and succession planning to ensure future leadership continuity
- Minimum High School diploma or GED from an accredited school or institution with at least 15 years of experience in field service, operations, and commercial leadership, with a strong technical knowledge of the industry
- Deep technical knowledge of reciprocating engines; especially Clark, Worthington and Ingersoll Rand
- Demonstrated success in achieving commercial and operational targets through effective business development initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively and develop lasting relationships with key clients
- Commitment to safety, customer service quality and to work in team-oriented environment
