Overview:
Aquaria is seeking a proactive, organized, and high-energy Sales Recruiter who understands the
fast-paced, high-accountability world of door-to-door sales. You'll play a critical role in scaling our
team by sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent who can thrive in our
performance-driven culture.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
•Actively source and recruit candidates for door-to-door sales roles using job boards, referrals,
and social media
•Conduct high-volume phone screens and schedule interviews with speed and accuracy
•Coordinate and host interviews alongside regional leadership
•Maintain and update recruiting spreadsheets, databases, and candidate tracking systems
•Manage text and email communication with candidatesdaily follow-ups, reminders, and
confirmations
•Organize onboarding details and ensure smooth handoff from recruit to regional manager
•Collaborate with the team to execute recruiting campaigns, contests, and event planning
•Understand and communicate our culture, expectations, and opportunities with clarity and
energy
Ideal Candidate Traits:
•Prior experience recruiting for sales, especially in door-to-door or commission-based
environments
•Highly organized and responsiveno follow-up gets missed
•Quick learner and tech-savvy with tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, Calendly, Zoom, etc.
•Strong communicator (written + verbal) who builds trust fast
•Thrives in fast-moving, goal-oriented teams
•Passionate about helping people grow and join a mission-driven organization
Bonus if you:
•Have direct door-to-door sales experience
•Have run recruiting events or managed onboarding pipelines
•Can manage multiple regional leaders and shifting schedules without dropping the ball
