In this role, you’ll provide daily leadership and support to our Distribution team—ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met while helping team members stay engaged and on track. Basic Function:General shift supervisory oversight of employees within the Distribution department. With an essential focus on employee safety, maintaining productivity & quality standards, and scheduling carrier daily pick-ups.
