Qualifications Needed:
•Minimum of five years’ experience in contractor-oriented administrative support and/or dispatching roles.
•Strong computer literacy, including proficient typing skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Word and Google Docs for document creation.
•Ability to manage office communications by responding to emails, handling phone calls, and conducting timely follow-ups to ensure smooth communication.
•Collaborative team player, dedicated to enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments.
•Positive, team-minded attitude with a friendly and approachable disposition.
