Minimum Requir

ation.MBA or Master's degree pref

erred.Ten (10) years of progressively responsible business experience with emphasis in financial analysis, capital markets, lending and other corporate transactions, treasury management processes, and work with other financial func

tions.Five (5) years prior leadership experience involving planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the work and performance of others. Demonstrated competency in building strong and effective business relationships, due diligence, financial concepts and leadership of large, complex projects or ana

skillsMajor Accountabi

lities1) Oversee the Corporate & Strategic Finance, Treasury Operations, and Pension and Trust Management functions within Treasury. Establish the overall administrative and operating standards, including setting goals and objectives and directing workflow procedures. Identify, develop and implement strategic solutions that optimize team performance, encourage organizational resiliency and career development, and promote process improv

ement.2) Oversee the evaluation of capital structure strategies and initiatives and make recommendations with respect to short- and long-term capital funding, liability management, and leasing arrangements. Work closely with Treasurer on design and execution of all equity and debt capital ra

ising.3) Develop, maintain, and apply knowledge of financial, credit and equity market trends, pricing and risks, and their specific application to the regulated utility business

model.4) Oversee performance of monthly and daily cash flow forecasting, short-term funding and short-term investing, and management of corporate liquidity. Collaborate and align with Financial Planning team on monthly forecasting pr

ocess.5) Develop and maintain effective relationships with group of lending banking institutions and support negotiation of bank credit facil

ities.6) Manage corporate debt portfolio, including overseeing covenant compliance reporting and regulatory reporting require
